Place was absolutely great. Had everything i needed. Washing machine was not working the replaced it and the dryer within a day. Had no other issues. Nice little bar on the corner. And walking distance to a newly refurbished area near downtown. Hosts were amazing people would stay again in a heart beat.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place is just a few minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Very convenient. Interesting bar with good burgers right on the corner.

Mason and his Team were very responsive to any maintenance issues we had.  We did find the stairway to the accommodations a bit outdated.    Overall a good experience.

Awesome place to stay! We had a group of 8 there to play at Arcadia Bluffs, which was only a 20 minute drive away. The house was in a nice quiet location. Plenty of parking for our cars. House was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The large dining table was great for playing board games (which they had a large selection of). Host was very responsive as well. The only wish I had was if the TV in the living room was larger. Nonetheless, we would definitely return if we decide to challenge the course record. Thanks!

I stayed at this property for 2 months after moving back to Michigan. It was a stressful time all together, but what helped a ton was having such a great place to stay. The property was the perfect size for myself and two mid-size dogs, had all the amenities I could’ve needed, was very well furnished/decorated, and Mason couldn’t have been more helpful in his prompt and positive communication. I was incredibly happy with my experience, and felt the pricing was very appropriate - honestly, it was on the cheaper side too compared to other similar properties. The surrounding area was great for easy highway access, proximity to downtown, and the ever-so-nice Broadway Bar is right next door. Check-in to checkout was very smooth, simple and well explained.

All together, I don’t have a single complaint after 2 months of staying at the property. I can’t express enough how highly I’d recommend the property for both long and short stays. Very grateful to have been able to stay here!

Arrived late , in the dark with younger kids  with house was very easy to get in . Place very clean . Great location . Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Parking for a few cars . We had 8 people and enjoyed games and meals at the large table . Highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to highway and downtown. Apartment was clean, furnishings were comfortable and had everything you need for a longer stay. Will definitely stay again when in Grand Rapids for work.

Very clean apartment close to downtown Grand Rapids! We loved how easy it was to get in as well with the code on the door. Everything was very close to us, there was a wonderful supermarket called Bridge Street Market about 7 min away from us (by walk) and 2 minutes by drive. We enjoyed all the cute cafes close to us as well. If we ever come back to GR, we will definitely keep this apartment in mind as the host was also very communicative with us and responded to all of our questions before and after booking the place.

Mason was a friendly and helpful host. . ny small issues were taken care of immediately. I was lucky to be the first guest to stay here. Neighborhood is fairly quiet. Downstairs neighbors are also friendly. There's parking near the garage back and the church parking lot next door was also available with no problems! Water gets nice and hot. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and utensils for basic every day cooking. Fast wifi and comfortable beds and setup made any downtime relaxing.

This is a great air bnb, especially for big groups.  It doesn’t have a great view but walkable to Beulah and Benzonia!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We especially loved the large kitchen table, which was the perfect place to share a meal and play games. The home was easy to find and had plenty of space to park cars in the driveway. The porch had several chairs for relaxing in, and the AC units were a pleasant surprise! Everything was decorated tastefully and there were plenty of linens available. In the summer, it seems to be a very buggy area, so I recommend bringing some sort of repellent and closing doors quickly to avoid letting any bugs inside. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

We loved our time at the Benzonia house with our family and grandkids.  The sleeping arrangements were perfect with grandpa and grandma sleeping downstairs, with a bathroom and the rest of the family upstairs with a bathroom.  The large table was great for meals, making puzzles and playing games.  Close to Crystal Lake, Frankfort and a lot of nice places to visit and eat.  Would stay there again.  Had a fun and relaxing time.
