BOOK, ARRIVE, & LIVE! It's THAT simple! Living Waters Corporate Housing presents "The Homey Haven". A renovated home in a SAFE area that is less than a mile away from all hospitals on Medical Mile! Great extended stay for traveling professionals and others in need of temporary housing! All utilities & great wifi included! This unit is in the heart of Grand Rapids and within walking distance to many top locations! This place has everything you need to make it your home away from home. This modern space boasts one intentional workspace and lots of storage! Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee. Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit. Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters. A unique door code will be provided to ensure seamless access to the home via a safe and secure Smart Lock. We used to live in another unit on the property. So, we are able to provide you with any information that you may want to know from "the locals." We have many recommendations of things to do in the area! Very safe neighborhood with a lot to do in the area. There might be some muffled white noise from the highway that you may hear from time to time. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a hop, skip, and a jump away from the historic 6th St Bridge! This home is centrally located to everything in Grand Rapids. You can be to any highway or in the heart of downtown in less than 5 minutes. There are many bus stops nearby as well as numerous electric scooters and bikes for rent across the street. Also, Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city. EVERYTHING in this house has been recently renovated. All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. Small dogs are allowed. There is a $149 pet fee and will be charged via the pay request process. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! You must be 18 or older to book.
